I have a 50′ boat slip for rent/lease in the Wharf Marina located on Clear lake. This is a private Marina in which the slips are owned outright by the individual owners of the slips and not the Marina. This slip has a mean tide draft of about about 6′ it is on the end of dock 17 if you are familar with the Wharf and currently has my 55′ boat in it which I will be moving shortly.
Rental of the slip comes with the right to use the Marina Pointe condominium amenities including a newly remodeled Pool, Restrooms and Showers.
With Hurricane season here this is the perfect location for your boat, the Marina is sheltered on three sides by Townhomes and Condominiums. Those same condos and townhomes are full of people whose balconies overlook the Marina and this makes the Marina one of the safest anywhere since any suspecious persons are immediately noticed.
I plan to move my boat in the next couple weeks so please call and we can make plans, I am very easy to get along with and the rules at the Marina are minimum with a short safety inspection needed and 300,000 liability insurance being about the only ones.

Please don not call me unless you have viewed the boat and want to buy it. It is documented with the US Navy.

I have a slip at the Wharf Marina, If you are unfamiliar with the Wharf Marina it is privately owned slips at the end of Davis Road off FM2094 which puts just off Clear Lake , this slip is good for a boat up to 50′ in length. It is toward the back of the Marina which is great because it does not receive any wake from boats passing in the Marina or on Clear Creek which the Marina is off. The boat in the slip is currently a 50′ and has no problem going in or out .
This slip is only good for non live aboard.
Rental of the slip entitles you to the use of the adjacent condominium pool, restroom and showering facilities. This is really a nice quiet place to keep your boat which also has the added benefit of being overlooked by hundreds of townhouses and condominiums which adds greatly to the security.

I have a slip coming available in 2-3 weeks at the Wharf Marina, I would like to rent for a minimum of 6 months however you can lease for up to 2 years if you think the rates on Clear Lake are going up as they have been you can lock in a lower rate, on the flip side I lock in a rental and avoid the hassle of having to re-rent in 6 months which is a win-win for everyone. I like a $100 deposit with first months rent to insure that the lease is completed at which time your deposit is promptly returned. We will sign a contract and your boat will be required to be kept in seaworthy condition and insured.
