Offered for sale is a 24 foot by 38 foot Hargraves boat house. This house is moored at the Longview Yacht Club in Longview, WA. The boat well measures 10 feet by 28 feet and contains a hoist large enough to lift a 6000# boat. The house has been rebuilt from the logs up and has new stringers and a new front deck that was put on this spring. The house features an automatic roll-up door, new wiring, high output interior lights and a small work bench area with cupboards. Several years ago, a new roof was installed where the old roof was removed and then sheeted with plywood, then underlayment was put down and finally the metal was put on top of that. This gives the roof great membrane strength and completely prevents any sweating of the metal. Moorage is $35.00 per month (not a typo, thirty five dollars) plus $180.00 per year club dues and electricity. We purchased both boats from the original owner/builder in 2002 for $35,000. Pontoon boat was dry docked in 2007 which included complete rebuild of front deck and pontoons were inspected and resealed/painted. Both upper and lower decks were just weatherized with deck coating this season. Last year had complete electrical rewire (AC/DC) of entire house boat which passed inspection.

1988 Ranger 363V Bass Boat with a 150 HP Johnson motor, and a Ranger Trail matching custom trailer for sale. I have owned this boat for 15 years, and have used her in the lake in front of my house only. It is a great all around boat. We use it for skiing, swimming, and just slow cruising around the lake in addition to fishing of course. It is a very stable platform for all of those uses since it has been built with the legendary Ranger quality and attention to detail. I have three fishing seats, plus a ski pylon. She also has a swim ladder on the back. If you like to go fast, she will go over 60 MPH! The electronics are old, and the main seat needs recovering, but I have discounted the price to more than cover those costs. I am selling my house, so I have no further use for this great boat. I have been living on my house boat for over 24 years. Time to leave sunny San Diego to be with my family. This charming house boat is a fully self contained floating cottage (fiberglass over plywood flat bottom). It is more of a floating house rather than a boat- No Engine. The inside features a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lots of storage, all wood paneling, oak hardwood floors. It has a roofed patio, and a front porch. Overall dimesions 35′ long x 16′ wide. It has a gentle sloped roof with asphalt shingles. Inside dimesions are 16′ wide x 25′ long.
It is currently docked at a Boat Yard on Shelter Island. Buyer needs to find his/her own new location. Boat Yard would only entertain continuing dockage if it is used as a marine business (NO LIVE ABOARD at this location). Possible to truck this gem to a mountain retreat? Be creative.
