Up for sale is 40X12ft of shade at the Port of Everett. I own a Boat House on J dock and the shade (area above the water). Compare it to owning the lot for a house. The old boat house has been completely removed is ready for a new boat house to be built. The Port of Everett is not building or allowing other people to build boathouses unless it replaces an existing boat house. There are no other empty boat house lots except mine.
