I have my home leased in clear lake and just returned from overseas. Would like to rent your house boat or similiar that would work for live-aboard. Minimum 35 feet. Would even consider a rent or lease to own if you wanted. It’s the winter and most are just sitting there! Why not make some money. I am from Clear Lake and work here locally. References available upon request.
Prefer 6 months or longer but would consider month to month basis, your call. I am a knowledgable boater and just enjoy the water.
Boat must be in Clear Lake Area or surroundings.
