A fantastic 50 foot motor yacht that is a great live aboard or motor off to the seven seas. She has two 3208 Caterpillar diesel engines with onlly 1580 total hours since new. She has 3 bedrooms down and two baths, walk thru engine room, Main deck is all living area with helm, dining area and galley with refrigerator, ice maker, trash compactor, 4 burner stove, oven, convection/microwave, and loads of storage, followed by a huge seating area for tv etc. all on main flush deck. Up top you have a huge deck that has been recaulked and contains seating for 8 plus helm and 20 feet of deck for sunning or ?? This is a wide body Kha Shing from Taiwan. Very sturdy and quality throughout. Exterior is fiberglass for low maintenance, Interior is all real teak and beaultifuly finished.

head have had a valve job by Rons boat motor shop in san leandro and are ready to install. the water cooled manifolds are center rise with risers used but in nice condition. if you need the 90 degree exchaust ones in the rear ron has a set…both heads and manifolds will fit chev 305 thru 350 ci for more info call Bill in Novato 415 883 4465
I am a Doctor looking to make payments on a large liveaboard type boat, preferably a spacious 45-65 boat. I do NOT want gasoline engines.
Im willing to trade my boat, sell it and/or make a small down payment now (are you behind in loan or dock payments) and we can discuss the possibility of larger deferred down-payments at regular intervals in the future. I dont want a major fixer upper, but if you have an interesting situation I certainly dont mind hearing about it. Im willing to take on a sales price up to $350K (more if the terms make sense) provided it is the right boat for me and you give me reasonable terms.
