I have 1.3 acres of land in Fiji with river front access, this means you have the right to put a dock out for your boat. Two house pads cut each one with great views of the ocean and the salt lake. This 1999 Beneteau 411 is the highly desirable two cabin owners version and is set up for cruising or live-a-board. Spinnaker halyard and flag halyards also installed. Genoa lead tracks extend aft along port and starboard side leading to two Lewmar ST #48 two speed self tailing Genoa winches. Two cabin top Lewmar ST#42 two speed self tailing winches control the furling system, boom vang, main sheet and halyard, and jib halyard.
