Artisan BargeStyle House Boat on Lake Powell (Bend, OR) $10000

November 7, 2009

in Portland

The artisan barge-style house boat, Irrational Exuberance II, was built in 2008 and spent two months that summer on
Prinveville Reservoir near Bend, Oregon. It was out of the water last season while I looked for a fun place to use it,

and Lake Powell looks tops to me. I’ve got a mooring lined up, and am now assembling a crew and financial partners
to help enjoy it.

$10,000 for 10% ownership (with three 10 day periods occupancy) is a one time purchase, and you can sell your
share whenever you want at market value. Approx. $500 annual association dues is for operations and maintenance

costs that are shared by all owners. Also available, $4,000 for 2.5% ownership with one 10 day period occupancy, $250
annual dues.

The boat is currently in Bend Oregon where it was built. I want to sell two shares in order to help pay for
moving it and re-fitting it for the southwestern environment. I’m really hoping to find others who will enjoy working on it with me.

Curt
